We screen river basins to pinpoint viable hydropower opportunities and perform rapid reconnaissance to test cost-effectiveness. This includes desktop GIS analysis (topography, hydrology, land use, constraints), access and grid-connection checks, permitting/stakeholder context, and targeted walk-over surveys where appropriate. Deliverables include a ranked shortlist of sites, indicative layouts and capacities, preliminary energy and cost ranges (CAPEX/OPEX), key risks, and next-step recommendations.

We conduct early-stage assessments to estimate site potential (head/flow and indicative energy yield), develop preliminary cost ranges, and evaluate initial project feasibility. Our extensive map layers, hydro-meteorological datasets, and curated hydropower plant database strengthen the analysis and benchmarking. We also use SimPower* software for technical simulations to support screening decisions.
Typical duration: ~3 weeks (site visit—if required—may extend).
We prepare lender-ready feasibility studies covering hydrological analysis and energy yield, topographic/geotechnical surveys and site investigations, project layout and basic design options, grid interconnection and power evacuation, and CAPEX/OPEX cost estimates. Each study includes a financial evaluation (LCOE, IRR/NPV with sensitivities) and a concise risk and implementation plan, supporting a clear go/no-go decision.

We produce buildable designs across civil, hydraulic, structural, geotechnical, electromechanical, balance-of-plant, and grid-connection scopes. Deliverables include a Design Basis Report, engineering calculations and analyses (e.g., hydraulic transients/surge, stability, FEM as required), general arrangement and detailed drawings, Bills of Quantities with updated cost estimates, technical specifications and Employer’s Requirements, tender/bid documents, and 3D visualizations/artist's impressions. Our process integrates value engineering, constructability reviews, and compliance with relevant standards (e.g., SNI/IEC/IEEE) to support smooth procurement and construction.

Project Management
We deliver end-to-end project management (Owner’s Engineer/EPCM) aligned with PMBOK/ISO 21500—covering initiation and business case, planning and baseline setup (scope/WBS, schedule, cost, resources), execution and construction oversight, and monitoring & controlling (progress, quality, HSE, risk, change, interfaces), through to commissioning and close-out.
Scope includes: stakeholder and permitting coordination, procurement planning and contract administration, cost control and cash-flow, schedule management, QA/QC and HSE compliance, environmental & social safeguards, document control, and executive reporting with KPIs/dashboards.
Deliverables: Project Management Plan, baseline schedule and budget, risk and issues registers, procurement plan, monthly/weekly reports, change and interface logs, lessons-learned, and a final close-out report.
